Discord profile doesn't show properly

This what should be shown normally.

And this is the problem we have. Sometimes we can see the users profile and manage it. But in some conditions that we don't know of, the profile dosen't show and prompt anything. Although we have the access, error says that we don't have any.

This is definitely a Discord bug, not an issue with UNOG’s bot. Let me tell you what causes this. If a user's tag starts with a number just like in that screenshot, this error pop-up appears. But if the user's tag starts with a name it works fine.
