trsa-api dashboard doesn't redirect to login screen on sign-out

a minor security concern, but when a user signs out, the other dashboard pages redirect to the login page. the TRSA dashboard page does not:

I'm able to reload the page, which continues to display TRSA table information despite my having signed out.
