Create web form framework #140
Description
The purpose of this is to move from using TypeForm's to implementing web forms on our hackumbc.tech site. We want to create a web form which can be easily changeable when we require different web forms. As we are hosting the site on our own server, we will want to implement a backend to handle web form submission requests, creating the necessary endpoints, and calls to the database. This should be done in NextJS and Node.js w/ Express.
