The engagment dashboard is not displayed after completing activities #1732
Description
When a user enrolls in a course and completes activities without explicitly marking concepts as U (Understood) or DNU (Did Not Understand), the Engagement Dashboard should still be displayed to the user.
The visibility of the Engagement Dashboard must not depend on whether concepts have been marked as U/DNU. Any completed activity should be sufficient to trigger the dashboard display.
this user enrolled in the course and made many activities but without marking concepts as U/DNU but still the engagment level is not shown.
