Simulating Defects

My research involves a large amount of a non-magnetic or weak magnetic material, with a defect of magnetic material in the middle, and I am unsure how to simulate that. I'm not sure if there is a way to make multiple systems and then simulate them together, or if there is a better way to create the defect, if defects are even possible at this moment.

If you are asking about how do deal with defects in micromagnetic simulations in general we will not be able to assist, sorry. You could try to ask on the mumag mailing list instead: https://www.ctcms.nist.gov/~rdm/mumag.org.html

If your question is how to implement something with Ubermag specifically, please explain you concrete setup and questions you have.
