Feature Request: Add Retry With Back-off Pattern Method For Client #15

Background
Retry is a common pattern, let's provide support for that.
Requirements
- Pretty much: https://stackoverflow.com/a/35636367/5037430 but with backoff pattern.
- It would also be great to add support for single request retries.
