Unable to run emulator due to VT-x missing

I installed the pre-built docker image, but was unable to run the emulator because it says your CPU does not support required features (VT-x or SVM). Is there a way to fix this?

Hmm, not sure - it's been ages since I had this running, are you running this locally? it was designed to run on AWS EC2 instances, a VM within a VM.
