OFTP file transfer between two des servers.

Hello,

I was able to send files between Mendelson and Des server by following this Github issue. In that spirit, I want to establish connection between two des servers on 2 PCs in the same network without using Mendelson.

I tried modifying the .xml file, mostly in the oftp section, so that 2 PCs connect to each other. But connection was always unsuccessful and timed out. Do you have any instruction on how to do that? Thank you very much.
