Backup failed: maybe no write permission.

Greetings. I'm very new to programming, but I use SAI2 alot. Earlier a had a .exe file, but now I have a problem with .py file. 
It says this:

> backup failed: maybe no write permission.

Uhh.. Which permission? I'm an admin on me PC and the file security says I can modify it.
