Login - Top Nav Account Button

Currently the account button in the top nav bar has different actions based on the user's auth state:

Logged out: open login modal
Logged in: take to account page

It is currently not possible to logout. It should possibly be made more clear through the top nav bar UI what the button does at different stages.
