results from the nmfreg is not consistent with the same seed

Hi, I followed the tutorial provided with the same seed with random.seed(1). But the output result is changing every repeat I run. It seems the result (bead_deconv_df_norm) is not consistent even with the same seed. Is there anyway that I can obtain relative stable results? thanks :)
