Fails to link Boost.Locale that needs dynamic iconv #73
Description
The BOOST_LOCALE check fails when Boost.Locale was built dynamically linked against iconv. -liconv is then always required when linking with Boost.Locale, which boost.m4 doesn't seem to try.
