Show Names doesn't work when Display Horizontally is enabled

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Disable "Display Horizontally" in the Voice tab
2. Enable "Show Names" and "Show Test Content" in the Voice - Advanced tab
3. Names render for all participants
4. Enable "Display Horizontally" in the Voice tab
5. Names no longer render

Expected behavior

Display Horizontally and Show Names should either be mutually exclusive toggles, or enabling both simultaneously should render the text above/below the user, rather than not rendering at all

Problematic behavior

Enabling both Display Horizontally and Show Names causes Show Names to not work, which can be especially confusing if you already had Display Horizontally enabled

I understand this. Currently the code path for horizontal layout skips text entirely. It led to a lot of new options I would need to program in, most of which would trickle into major changes to layout of the entire overlay. For simplicity I skipped as a job for later and even now it looks like quite a large TODO.

While it would be possible to make the show names unresponsive or hide it in the short term I would rather implement more options when I have the headspace to do it right.

Specifically :

• Untie text left/right from anchor. This is a problem for users who use floating placement too.
• Add bottom/top to the new text location option
• Add text rotation (optionally)
• Change all assumptions in flow layout to allow for name length in horizontal and name height in vertical
• Add a text-align for when name is longer/taller than avatar, which joins either middle of each or one edge of each
