I should be able to translate content of field stored in a relationnal database and managed using SQAlchemy in many languages
In order to offer internationalization features to the final user
Example: Product with different names depending on country.
Acceptance criteria :
- Using Flask App Builder Framework
- Translations should be managed in FAB admin console
- Languages should be predefined in Config file
