Privacy manifest adoption

Do we know that is the status of Privacy manifest adoption for this lib?
I guess that Differ probably does not need one?

Hi @andrija-ostojic to be honest, I haven't spent much time looking into this yet.

It reads to me like we only need a privacy manifest if our third-party SDK is listed on https://developer.apple.com/support/third-party-SDK-requirements/. Differ is not in this list.

Even though it's not on that list, it may still require Privacy manifest because Apple did not include all of the SDKs in the list, those are just the most commonly used ones.

That being said, I do not believe this library requires Privacy manifest because it does not use any of the forbidden APIs as far as I can see. I also ran this scanner on it, and it didn't find anything.
