I suggesting you to change the line:
DEST=$(curl -s http://bot.whatismyipaddress.com)
With this:
DEST=$(curl -s http://ipv4.text.wtfismyip.com)
or even simpler:
DEST=$(curl -s ipv4.text.wtfismyip.com)
that will give you a clear current IP address
