Question about extruded API

Why to have
func extruded(height: Double, topEdge: EdgeProfile?, bottomEdge: EdgeProfile?)
alongside with
func extruded(height: Double, topEdge: EdgeProfile) -> any Geometry3
and
func extruded(height: Double, bottomEdge: EdgeProfile)?

Why not to have just
func extruded(height: Double, topEdge: EdgeProfile? = nil, bottomEdge: EdgeProfile? = nil)?

The problem with your suggestion, which would of course be the natural way to do it, is that extruded(height: x) becomes ambiguous – does it refer to extruded(height: x, topEdge: nil, bottomEdge: nil) or the regular extrusion method extruded(height: x, twist: 0°, topScale: [1, 1]) (which has default values for twist and topScale)? One could combine these into a single method, but I wanted to keep the profling one separate.
