There are a few minutes when claude generates the first screens iteration. Use this time to work through a checklist.

Some ideas, not in order:

• Project name
• Describe the goals and update README.md and CLAUDE.md
• After first screens clean up scaffolding
• Create github repo and add connection
• Start the dev server
