Some users want strict LRU, others want speed.
Goal
Option to control ordering behavior:
ordering="approximate"(default, current behavior)ordering="strict"(updates ordering immediately on every access)
Acceptance Criteria
- Strict mode updates ordering immediately under write lock
- Document performance trade-offs between modes
