number_decimal_scientific is not respected on approximations

## Description
On numbers that are printed out "roughly", like "100001!" we use `number_decimal_scientiric` for the number of decimals on the scientific notation. On number over "100001!" we don't. There it seems to be 16 max.

## Expected Behaviour
number_decimal_scientific should be respected everywhere. 
As a consumer I want to be able it to set to 10 and see only 10 decimals everywhere
