Crash from non-Json status 200 response

Description

The bot has recently crashed trying to parse a response to a reddit reply.

The only possibility, I see for it to have happened, other than a random reddit bug, is that the the token may have expired just after checking the expiry, just before the Request was received by the server.

A remedy might be to change the is_token_expired method to check if it is about to expire (mybe in 1 second).

A margin of 1s or even more would make sense to me.

It's still possible that it was a random reddit bug though
