Xcode 8.3 quit(crash?) when build success and run in Simulator

Just as title said, Xcode will automatically quit after I build a project successfully and the app run in Simulator, no any warning or alert from Xcode after relaunch Xcode.
After remove and add plugins, I found this make Xcode quit, please fix this issue if convenient.
