unzip-plugin: enable history on unzip collections #172

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to enable history on an unzip collection
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect history plugin enabled, instead it's not, due to use of atomdb to create
collection (bypasses other plugins)
