Add Dedicated Examples of Time Objects?

Hello,

Thanks for the great work on the book as well as the time crate!

The Issue:
I noticed that there aren't any dedicated examples of using Time objects themselves, and in many cases there are situations where one would want to work with Time objects without any associated date.

Suggestion:
If approved, I don't mind taking on the following if you're okay with it:

1. Add dedicated examples of using Time objects to the "Create dates and times" page.
2. Add a new page called "Parse times" that would be similar to the existing "Parse dates" page.
