MASTAN convertor - what to do #14

Description

@coldformed

In current version of CUFSM I pulled the MASTAN feature.

Previously you could save a section to MASTAN so it would show up as a section in MASTAN you could select.

You could also load forces from a MASTAN file, including bimoment, so you could do analysis on those force levels.

I don't think the functionality had any users, and as MASTAN changed, it did not always work so I pulled it. But, I used the feature when I was doing torsion analysis for some wall tests that had torsion.

Could move this just to batch scripting example? Or maybe its worth keeping, the code is still in the Matlab repo at this point, just isolated out of the GUI.
