retrieving reference value from StaMPS

Hey Thho,

As suggested on the STEP forum it would be awesome if we would be able to see the value the LOS velocities are corrected for and have this data in the CSV aswell. Maybe it is also possible to implement a combiner for asc and desc data and a calculator for vertical displacements if we join our efforts?
