Ability to set region?

Is there the ability to configure AWS region within the _cim.yml file? When using role elevation environment variables are not always set.

(Also, the ability to specify a role to elevate to, to perform the deployment would be useful)

AWS_REGION=us-east-1 cim lambda-publish

Environment vars will work, but it's an annoying extra step - instead of simply specifying on the command / in the config file.

The profiles method doesn't work for us as our configured profile is a basic user login - we role switch to perform tasks - so there is no profile configured. It's also awkward when you switch regions regularly.
