Idea being proposed

Per @geealbers

"On the PDF issue, it is related to Git LFS. When we implement LFS last week, I had you add the PDF files to it as well, not just the EPUB, just in case you ever accidentally committed a new, larger PDF file in. But, as it turns out, GitHub Pages and Git LFS are incompatible. I was able to fix it for the PDFs by removing them from the LFS tracking. But I can’t do the same for the EPUB because it’s too large of a file and there’s no reasonable way to downsize it. So, for the EPUB, I’m afraid you’ll need to either not offer it at all or host the EPUB file externally and link to it there. You could host externally through Amazon S3 if you already use that, or even Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, or Dropbox would work."
