Exports: text issues

- Exported SVG and Figma pastes don't have font families applied correctly. It's possible that a user doesn't have a font installed so need to handle gracefully.
- Label outlines have centre-alignment by default, causing wide outlines to overlap text content. Instead, apply the font outline to a background text layer.
- Name label layers with `id=[content]`
