Webpack issue number?

I've ran into the exact same issue and was wondering if you have filed an issue on webpack? I'd very much like to track that issue.

I'd like to second that. Is there some kind of lead that the source maps only work when babel is the first loader? I've got a custom loader (which i need to run first), so if there's some kind of workaround that I can try I'd love to know.
