Create first version of TIT that does exactly the same as TWW INTERLIS Import / Export

• Review initial code base from TWW INTERLIS Import / Export
• Sort out unnecessary files
• Check which of the tools can be kicked out \TIT\plugin\teksi_interlis_tool\tools
• Check which parts of ui can be kicked out \TIT\plugin\teksi_interlis_tool\ui
• adapt all occurances of TWW* and rename them to TIT if function is re-used
• adapt all occurances of teksi_wastewater and rename to teksi_interlis_tool if functionality is re-used
• adapt all code to make this an independant plugin to work
• check basic functionality
• check label export
• check orientation
• check log path
• check selection on export
• check import
• check about
• check metadata.txt
• check ...
