Remove need to fetch full onion endpoint from a REGISTRY URL

if we allow user to pass /<onion_pubkey>.onion:port/<tdex_daemon_path> the full onion endpoint in path (both .onion and port) we can drop requirement to have it on the registry in order to proxy
