Analytical engine running above for filtering new feeds

Hi there,

Thanks again for your marvellous RSS service.

There are some RSS filter engines already available, such as SiftRSS, grepfeed.sigwait.tk etc.
But they certainly lack certain functionality.
I just thought it would be wonderfull if politepol could also analyse and determine the language of a new feed
take for instance the following RSS: https://libgen.st/rss/index.php
it has some ebooks in English, some in German, some in Polish. So if a subscriber can't read in all those languages, then perhaps it is better to filter some feeds out

Im using RSS client for this proposed. For example, NewsBlur has nice rules, which can filter "bad" content and highlight things you like mostly.
