allow talon.new option to define default page name

The current default page name is dashboard. It would be nice to have a task option to override the name of this page. Something like mix talon.new --default-page-name=info.

I'm currently working on a project where I don't want a dashboard page. Instead, the default page is info. It would save some time if I had a mix option to do this, instead of renaming the dashboard page afterwards.
