Reverse conversion

I'm wondering if a reverses conversion from tipa to ipa could also be added?

Hey, @ZenMule! Glad you found it helpful.
I have created a prototype script tipa2ipa.py, which converts TIPA into IPA, included in Commit 6f70069.

There must be a lot to be refined, but give it a try!
