Widgets feed data should not sync periodically if the widget is not enabled

App keeps syncing widgets data in the background (as seen in the logs)

### Expected
App should only keep syncing widgets data periodically if widgets are enabled.
Ideally only if the specific widget is enabled, but this is to be discussed.

PS. My current opinion, open for debate.
