Book Re-write

With the completion of the book version 2.1.0 - a re-write (or to be exact a re-ordering) of the book is required.

The current issues faced with the book is that it is not always in the best way to understand what to do, it is more a list of things spread out over a lot of chapters. This shold be changed into areas of what facet type you want for each of the facets. Maybe with a section at the front with choosing the correct facet type for your implementation, then going through the details.

The current ordering of the chapters is pretty good at the moment, there is just a lot of flicking back and forth between chapters to determin what to do - all things should be in one place.

E.g. RANGE facets whould have a separate chapter with every variation.

Will wait for version 10 of Solr - however, with the update to the Solr schema to 1.7 - this will mean that the book will have less relevant reach and only for new adopters - will need to keep the schema versio n1.7 as a separate section.
