Include Single Facets Per LPSE Code

Allow over-riding the panl.include.single.facets for one or more LPSE codes. There is an edge-case where a document may not have any defined facets, and including a facet will help refine more.

For example, mechanical pencils have features (e.g. sharpener, eraser, clip), some mechanical pencils will have none of those. When the full results are sent back, there may be a situation where a single facet (say 'clip') is returned with x number of documents, selecting this will have less than x number of documents (as some documents do not have any features).
