Have the root page automatically update upcoming meetups

Either directly, or through YQL, the page should pull upcoming events from meetup.com and show the visiting user.

Events should be in the right column, between news section and the Follow Us! section. At first, it should be minimal showing the detail of the nearest event, and display the the title of the rest of the events. Mouse over leads to slide down transition to display more detail.
