Add "list-contacts" command

Effectively the same functionality as making an emergency on yourself, but without actually calling it an emergency, not recording the access, and not having the prompts.

How about rather "my-info"? "list-contacts" seems to indicate that we want a full list of the people who have stored their information on the system (which would not be good to actually do, IMHO).

That would seem to work as well, list-contacts was just my first thought.
