Comment box shows extra letter when adding in suggesting mode #2004

When using track changes in suggesting mode the "Added" section in the comment box shows a repeated letter at the end of the word/sentence if it's at least 2 letters long.
Steps to reproduce:
- Make sure you're in Suggesting mode. Type a word that's at least 2 letters.
- Notice the repeated last letter. Adding a space will make the extra letter go away.
It has an easy workaround, but should still get fixed. You can see this bug on the superdoc.dev homepage (as of 1.11.0).
