Issue introduced with Kaldi updated

Hey,

There are few issues with update to the newest version of Kaldi:

• kaldi-android build failed with "use of undeclared identifier 'aligned_alloc'" kaldi-asr/kaldi#2347
• no more kaldi-thread Remove no longer existing kaldi-thread from ADDLIBS #156
