Channel entities

We need a server-side representation of a stream channel, comparable to how YouTube treats this. Users must be able to either subscribe to, star, like or favorite channels, so that there are pre-selected when selecting a movie with a stream from any of these channels. Or other behavior, we can define that later as long as the data is there.
