Disable timeout #17
Description
We should utilize hosts to download chunks as much as we can. In other words, we should try to use slow hosts. For uploads, overdrive can handle such slow hosts, and we don't care about it. Even if clients disable the timeout, hosts can still timeout connections. So, we should disable client-side timeout and wait until each host times out.
