How to compile/install ?

Hi,
I've been looking around but fail to find a step-by-step way to compile and install SFZero. Is there such a thing somewhere ?

I wish I could recall if I compiled or if dev had a binary at the time, perhaps OSX Mountain Lion - which was less picky about location of audio plugins - but on a laptop I no longer use. however, SFZero was an excellent plugin, I used with Reaper DAW. In the unlikely chance the laptop operates again, I will try to find out.
