JUnit Failure Warning Checkbox Not Operational

The following checkbox option is not implemented on the backend.

• Include a warning if more than the JUnit target failure percentage tests fail

what's the name of this checkbox in config.jelly? I included notifyCoverageChange, notify50Percent, and weeklyProgressReport into the backend; let me know if we need anything else
