Early termination of async enumeration causes hang #5
Description
Certain SQL statements (at least UPDATE with RETURNING) seem to hang indefinetly when used in conjunction with AnyAsync() from UtilPack.AsyncEnumeration. Need to find repro and fix the underlying problem.
