This issue is the starting point for all tasks required to convert this repository into a fully fledged monorepo.

• All PR related to this tasks need to be opened targeting monorepo branch
• I won't start working on a task unless the PR of the previous task is merged
  (avoids having multiple stacking branch that needs to cascade-updated)
• For each tooling idea I'll open a new issue where we can discuss it before I start working on a PR
