Start with a default template

New setups does not have a nice default template that can be used directly.
As a new user I expect some kind of default template so I can start publishing my site directly, or at least se how it was made and learn from the template.

This issue should really be fixed. Currently, as a new developer, it's really hard to get up to speed with the project since it's missing a default template.

Without a template a nil error will occur when you try to create a new page. Even if you try to create a default template manually it's hard to get it working since documentation is lacking on how it should be structured.
