Pausing and Resuming Queue

Hi, given the new feature introduced in the Laravel framework v12.40+, it would be interesting to have this functionality available for this driver too.
I was starting to see if an integration was possible in this regard, I think it is necessary to call the pauseQueue or resumeQueue method via the google/cloud-tasks sdk and see if this change can currently cause any problems.
What do you think?
